ESIC SSO Vacancy 2023
Number of vacancies for the post of Social Security Officer under the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation is not yet confirmed. Last year, there were a total number of 93 vacancies for General, Other Backward Class, Schedule Tribes, Scheduled Caste and Economically Weaker Section. ESIC SSO Eligibility Criteria 2023
Education qualification and age limit details for recruitment of Social Security Officers under the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation are as follows.
Education Qualification:
- The candidate should have completed their Graduation from a recognized University or equivalent.
- He/she should have a working knowledge of computers, including the use of Office suites and databases.
Age Limit:
- The candidate should be between 21 to 27 years of age to be eligible to apply for the post of SSO under ESIC.

Selection process for the post of Social Security Officer consists of three stages, which are Prelims, Mains and Skill Test & Descriptive Test.
Prelims:
- It is of qualifying nature and will not be counted while preparing the final merit list.
- The exam is objective in nature, and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks of the assigned marks will be deducted.
- There are three sections with 100 MCQs. each carrying 1 mark.
- Each section has a sectional timing of 20 minutes.
Mains
- It is a computer-based exam and will be considered for preparing the final merit list.
