India earned its third gold medal at the Asian Games thanks to the equestrian team of Anush Agarwalla (Etro), Hriday Vipul Chheda (ChemXPro Emerald), Divyakriti Singh (Adrenalin Firfod), and Sudipti Hajela (Chinski). With a combined total of 1734 points, Sarabjot Singh, Arjun Singh Cheema, and Shiva Narwal outscored China, which came in second with 1733. Vietnam took third place and won bronze. India has won four gold medals in shooting and 24 total medals at this year’s Asiad.
