NEET UG 2024 Registration
Candidates who want to submit an application form to participate in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2023 will be able to do registration through the webportal, when it is released officially at https://neet.nta.nic.in/. To do registration and get the login credentials such as Application Number and Password, one has to provide only his or her Name, Date Of Birth, Mobile Number, Email Address, etc.
NEET UG 2024 Application Form
Application Form for NEET UG 2024 will be released officially by the National Testing Agency on its official website at https://neet.nta.nic.in/. Candidates who want to participate in the MBBS or BDS entrance exam will be able to submit an online application providing the basic and educational qualification details, once the application form is released, the window for submission will be available for at least four weeks.
NEET UG 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2024 in terms of educational qualification and age limit are as follows.
- Educational Qualification – One must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate )with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
- Age Limit – An individual age must be at least 17 years as of 31st December 2024.
Note: General category candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in Intermediate and those who belong to OBC, SC, ST or PWD, he or she need only 40% score in the Intermediate exam
NEET UG 2024 Application Fee
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 is already disclosed by the National Testing Agency, for General category candidates, the examination fee is Rs. 1700/-. General-EWS and OBC-NCL candidates are required to pay Rs. 1600/-, and SC, ST, PH, and Third gender candidates will have to pay only Rs. 1000/-.
NEET UG 2024 Exam Pattern
NEET UG 2023 will be held in offline mode, a total number of 200 multiple-choice questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology and Botany), but an exam taker will have to touch only 180 MCQs. Each question will be of 4 marks and there will also be a provision of the negative marking system, for each incorrect response 1 mark will be deducted. Exam time duration is going to be 03 hours and 20 minutes for every single individual, PH candidates will get an extra time.
