UPSSSC Forest Guard Eligibility Criterias 2023
Eligibility criteria for the post of Vanrakshak (Forest Guard) in the Van Vibhag (Forest Department) in terms of Educational Qualification, Age Limit, Physical Eligibility and Running are as follows.
Educational Qualification
- UPSSSC PET 2022 Scorecard
- One must have passed the Intermediate exam from a recognised board with at least 50% score.
Age Limit
- One’s age must not be below 18 and above 40 years as of 1st July 2023.
Physical Eligibility
- Male – 168 cm Height, if the candidate belongs to ST, he must be at least 160 cm tall.
- Female – 150 cm Height, if the candidate belongs to ST, zhe must be at least 82 cm tall.
Running
- Male: One can run 25 kilometres in 4 hours with a weight of 10 kilograms.
- Female: One can run 14 kilometres in 4 hours.

UPSSSC Vanrakshak Bharti Application Fee 2023
The application fee for the Forest Guard varies depending on the category of the applicant. For General, OBC, SC, ST and EWS candidates, the fee is set at ₹25. Similarly, individuals with disabilities (Divyang) are also required to pay a fee of ₹25. Payment can be made through either the State Bank of India (SBI) using the I Collect Fee Mode or via an E Challan.
